1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture pieces are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or discounted items (final sale).

  • Customized furniture.

  • Assembled products (unless defective on arrival).

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@imamfurniture.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Pack the product securely in original packaging for return shipment.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

  • If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Imam Furniture is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
