  • Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Delivery (Pakistan): 5–10 business days depending on location.

  • International Delivery (if applicable): 10–25 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier availability.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product weight/size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly advertised on our website.


5. International Shipping & Customs

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Imam Furniture is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@imamfurniture.com.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier.

  • For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
